Countrypark is a neighborhood of 154 homes located off Enterprise Road between US 19 and McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater, Florida. We are located near the some of the area’s finest schools and ideally situated for access to Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater Beach. We are just a few minutes from Countryside Mall. Ruth Eckerd Hall is just a five minute drive away.

Countrypark uses a automated email system to notify residents of any issues involving crime or safety in our neighborhood.

Q. Are the houses in Countrypark governed by deed restrictions?
Yes. There are a number of restrictions which the original land developer recorded with the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court. These restrictions were designed to maintain the quality of houses, lawns, landscaping and general quality of life for Countrypark. Your Board of Directors provides an active and ongoing enforcement of these Deed Restrictions. See Deed Restrictions and Documents for copies of the documents.
Q. Are there annual homeowners dues or assessments?
Yes. Each year at the Annual Meeting in December, the Board of Directors determines the amount of dues for the following year. The annual dues for 2024 are $195.00 per residence. Payment is due by January 1st.
Q. How can I get a copy of the Estoppel letter from the Homeowners Association?
To obtain an estoppel letter for a property closing, please contact Countrypark Treasurer Dick Rose @ rrosebucki85@gmail.com.
Q. I am planning on painting the exterior of my house. Must I receive permission before starting the work?
Yes. An application form must be filed 10 days before the work is to be started with the Architectural Review & Deed Restriction Committee.
Q. I am planning on having the roof of my house replaced. Must I receive permission before starting the work?
Yes. An application form must be filed 10 days before the work is to be started with the Architectural Review & Deed Restriction Committee. Also, requires a permit from the City of Clearwater.
Q. I am planning on installing a fence at my house. Must I receive permission before starting the work?
Yes. An application form must be filed 10 days before the work is to be started with the Architectural Review & Deed Restriction Committee. Also, requires a permit from the City of Clearwater.
Q. I am planning on removing a tree and some landscaping at my house. Must I receive permission before starting the work?
Yes. An application form must be filed 10 days before the work is to be started with the Architectural Review & Deed Restriction Committee. Also, requires a permit from the City of Clearwater.
Q. Is there a newsletter provided to the homeowners?
Yes. A newsletter is sent to your email address as current activities or news in the neighborhood warrant it.
Q. Is a neighborhood directory available?
Yes. A neighborhood directory is distributed each year during the first quarter of the year. The directory provides address, phone number and approved email address information for all residences.
Q. Is there a neighborhood garage sale?
Yes. In April, a one day neighborhood garage sale is held on a Saturday. Advertising and display signs are provided by the Countrypark Homeowners Association.
